Construction Consultants of Michigan was established in 1991. For over 19 years, we have provided inspection and forensic services regarding the health and well being of building occupants. These services include the evaluation of a structure's condition, building and system failures, defects, and providing recommendations for remediation and abatement programs. CCMI puts the interest of its clients first. We do not have any special relationships with contractors, cleaning services, or sales agents. Our clients are welcome to participate in the inspection process. 

Our equipment and methods meet current industry practice for inspection and testing. We are experienced with most all building uses, including residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, manufacturing, and industrial.

Finding the problem and resolution is our business. Evaluation services include structural, IAQ-Mold and fungi contamination, and general building condition assessments. We work with employers to resolve occupational health and safety issues.
